About the Role:
- Own Snorkel’s external supply partnerships, focusing on BPO relationships.
- Set the strategy for scaling supply through partners, ensuring global coverage.
- Manage partner relationships, from onboarding to performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage partner relationships end to end, including quality standards, performance tracking, communication, and regular operating cadences.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and EC Experience to improve tasking workflows and contributor experience.
- Track and report on key supply metrics (capacity, quality, cost, utilization) and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing BPOs or external partners at scale.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
