People Business Partner - Engineering, Product, Design

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our People Ops strategies with our business objectives, partnering closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and SVP, Engineering supporting all teams under our Engineering, Design and Product (EPD) function. Embedding yourself into the business, you’ll act as a strategic partner, advisor, and coach to leadership and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and performance. You'll collaborate with EPD leadership to understand business needs and develop People Ops strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and support rapid growth. Design and implement training programs and career development initiatives that equip team members with the skills necessary for success in their roles. Ensure People Ops practices comply with legal regulations in consideration of a global workforce and develop policies that support the business and meet country specific needs.
