About the Role:
- Serve as the connective tissue between strategy and execution for the Wholesale segment.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to streamline operational protocols and drive process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engineer the submission-to-quote pipeline with defined cycle time targets.
- Own broker connectivity as a product decision, prioritizing API-first integration.
- Build and own the standalone Wholesale P&L infrastructure in partnership with Finance.
Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in E&S and wholesale/specialty insurance.
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis, technology, and strategic planning.
- 12+ years of experience in operations, underwriting operations, or related insurance roles.
