What you'll do:

  • Lead post-sales activities through onboarding and renewal, while identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Manage a book of approximately 50 upmarket customers and partner with Account Managers.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and provide expert guidance on security compliance frameworks.

How to be successful:

  • Have 4+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and provide top-notch account management.
  • Possess technical competency to understand the platform and solve customer problems effectively.
