What you'll do:
- Lead post-sales activities through onboarding and renewal, while identifying upsell opportunities.
- Manage a book of approximately 50 upmarket customers and partner with Account Managers.
- Act as the voice of the customer and provide expert guidance on security compliance frameworks.
How to be successful:
- Have 4+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS environment.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with C-level executives and provide top-notch account management.
- Possess technical competency to understand the platform and solve customer problems effectively.
