Supervisor, Zero Balance Denials

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily supervision, coaching, and support to assigned Zero Balance team members.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Identify and pursue recovery opportunities within large inventories of zero balance claims.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in healthcare field working in zero balance line of business.
• 2-5 years supervisory experience and strong client-facing skills.
• Expert understanding of hospital reimbursement, coding (CPT/ICD-10), and payer claims processing.

• Ability to work independently with a service-oriented approach and strong sense of urgency.
