Job Description
Process Excellence:
- Drive process improvement, adoption, and usability within Salesforce.com.
- Promote best practices in process excellence and continuous improvement across global teams.
- Ensure seamless execution of Design-In and related SFDC process flows.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and end-users to translate business requirements.
- Support stakeholder training, engagement, and adoption of SFDC processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across diverse teams.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain key SFDC metric reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with AI specialists to create predictive analytics dashboards.
- Analyze data, identify opportunities, and implement process improvements.
