Contractor Education:
- Support socializing and delivering training and technical guidance on using the Contractor Hub.
- Help develop and distribute educational and promotional materials focused on the Contractor Hub.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for contractors using the Contractor Hub.
Contractor Engagement & Support:
- Provide responsive, hands-on support via email, chatbot, and phone.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, walking contractors through complex processes.
- Prioritize support for Small, Minority, Woman, and Disabled Veteran-owned businesses.
Project Management & Collaboration:
- Co-create and translate outreach material, social media, slide decks, brochures, and other content.
- Provide support for owning and updating contractor records in HubSpot CRM.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders.

The Building Decarbonization Coalition aligns critical stakeholders on a path to transform the nation’s buildings through clean energy, using policy, research, market development and public engagement. The BDC and its members are charting the course to eliminate fossil fuels in buildings to improve people’s health and cut climate and air pollution.
