Role Summary:
- Censys is looking for a Senior Distributed Systems Engineer to build highly-available and scalable data-driven services.
- You will work on Internet-wide scanning, bulk DNS resolution, and certificate ingestion to find and attribute ownership to assets.
What You’ll Do:
- Help build large scale, real-time services and applications leveraging massive datasets.
- Build tooling, libraries, and frameworks to support security, research, and data platform initiatives.
- Develop and maintain systems such as data pipelines, messaging systems, databases, and caching layers.
Skills You Have:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building distributed systems.
- Experience with Go, cloud providers like AWS, and message queue technologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with other engineers.
