About the Role:

  • Define and evolve a global partner recruitment strategy aligned to growth priorities and ecosystem gaps.
  • Lead global ecosystem capacity planning and recruitment execution through regional leadership.
  • Design scalable operating rhythms, processes, and management mechanisms across the global function.

Role Essentials:

  • 10+ years of experience in partner programs, recruitment, or ecosystem strategy within a global B2B environment.
  • Proven leadership of distributed, high-performing teams with the ability to develop.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership experience with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across Sales, GTM, Marketing, and Product.
