Job Description

This position is needed to drive high-quality pipeline generation for Twilio’s programmable communication solutions—Messaging, Voice, Email, and Customer Engagement APIs—targeting Brazil’s fast-evolving B2B tech ecosystem. Prospect new business and qualify inbound and outbound leads for Twilio's Customer Engagement Platform, with a focus on Segment, Flex, Verify, and Messaging APIs. Conduct discovery calls in Portuguese and rarely English (for global accounts) to understand customer pain points and business use cases. Strategically align outreach with regional market dynamics, especially fintech, retail, logistics, and digital health verticals. Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, and Marketing to tailor messaging and accelerate deal velocity. Use Salesforce, Salesloft, and internal intelligence tools to manage pipeline and performance metrics.
