Travel Requirements:
- Travel 60–70% across California, Nevada, Utah, Washington, and Oregon, approximately 3 days per week with regular overnight stays.
- Must be comfortable visiting manufacturing and production environments, using both car and air travel as needed, with structured, planned itineraries.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of around $100K plus uncapped commission, with monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities and on-target earnings of $170K+.

What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in printing, packaging, or related industries, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing a territory and key accounts, with strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills, and comfort working remotely with frequent travel.
- CRM experience, with Salesforce preferred, to track pipeline, activity, and accounts effectively in this high-impact, growth-focused sales role.
