Job Description
We are looking for a highly analytical Revenue Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will optimize sales processes, collaborate with the sales team to improve pipeline hygiene, and provide robust Salesforce support for streamlined operations. This role requires a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Responsibilities include assisting the sales team with quote, contract, and sales order support, collaborating with finance, handling client terminations, improving pipeline hygiene, and providing Salesforce support. Also includes analyzing sales data, generating reports, enforcing best practices, ensuring data accuracy, and providing training.
Skills & Qualifications include proven experience in Sales Operations or a similar role (2+ years), proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), excellent communication skills, and strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
