Accounts Payable Analyst

Role:

• Support full-cycle accounts payable operations for SRI's Finance and Business Operations team.
• Ensure accurate and timely vendor payments, invoice processing, and expense management.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and payment requests, including intake, distribution, and entry.
• Prepare disbursements via ACH, wire, and check, and reconcile vendor statements and AP aging reports.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships, resolve payment inquiries, and document internal controls and SOPs.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable or accounting operations experience.
• Proficiency with Deltek Costpoint required, SAP Ariba preferred; must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
