Deal Desk Manager – Global Deal Management

Role Responsibilities:

• Qualify requests and define plans to estimate, scope, and develop proposals.
• Analyze customer needs and compose custom business and technical content.
• Manage the process of SOW and proposal creation for large complex customers.

Collaboration and Process:

• Coordinate with Services Sales, Advisory, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
• Create, proofread, and review documents for compliance and readability.
• Participate in Deal Validation meetings and manage updates.

Qualifications and Growth:

• 3-5 years experience producing SOWs and proposals for high-value contracts.
• Superior writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
