Role Overview:
- Lead complex proposal projects for a leading IT solutions provider.
- Manage RFP/RFI responses, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure quality submissions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage proposals from initiation through submission, collaborating with Sales, Services, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.
- Mentor and support the RFP and Forms teams, onboarding new members and providing daily guidance.
- Maintain and enhance the proposal content library, track metrics, and capture lessons learned.
Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of the RFP process and strong proposal writing skills.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
