Job Description

As an Account Manager at Simpplr, you will strategically manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, driving retention and expansion to achieve ARR growth targets. A deep understanding of customer business goals is necessary to proactively identify growth opportunities and develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape to inform account strategies. You will lead impactful business reviews and regular check-ins to ensure continuous alignment on value delivered, fostering long-term partnerships. Building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers is a must, acting as a trusted advisor. You will also identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive and negotiate renewals. Collaboration with Customer Success and Professional Services teams will ensure seamless onboarding. Maintaining accurate account records in Salesforce and providing reports on account status will be essential. Your customer insights will contribute to strategic marketing plans and product development.
