Recruiter / Sourcer (6-Month Fixed-Term)

What You'll Do:

• Independently develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned searches.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting workstreams from intake to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition team to drive hiring momentum.

What You'll Bring:

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including in-house technical recruiting.
• Proven ability to proactively identify and engage passive candidates through creative sourcing.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving skills to manage multiple requisitions and priorities.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annualized base salary range $100,000–$120,000 (prorated for six-month term).
