Assist passengers primarily via chat and occasionally via phone. Manage flight bookings, changes, and cancellations. Provide information on flight schedules, pricing, and services. Handle customer queries with empathy and professionalism. Use ticketing systems and internal tools effectively. This is a fully remote position and equipment is provided.
