Job Description
Keep our internal systems running smoothly—supporting our end users, managing devices, identity & access, SaaS tools, and collaborating with Ops and Engineering to maintain a high-velocity, secure environment. Responsibilities include providing support for Mac users globally, managing onboarding/off-boarding through account provisioning, device setup, and access management. Also administering identity (SSO, MFA), MDM/endpoint security, and Google Workspace/SaaS stacks.
Perform security hardening for laptops and SaaS systems, troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues, escalating as needed. Automate routine IT tasks via scripting (Python or Bash). Maintain clear documentation of systems, procedures, configurations and Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams.
