Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Sales team to understand the concept design.
- Assess program complexity and divide workload across the Designer and IPM teams.
- Serve as an expert resource on program design and project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of design experience in copay or HUB programs.
- Strong knowledge of Valeris’ solutions and internal processes.
- Ability to prioritize workload based on competing demands.
