Associate Director, Revenue Operations

As Associate Director of Revenue Operations, you will serve an integral role in strategically building out the enablement function while also moving the needle quickly on growing the sales team. The focus of this position will be organized into daily, weekly, and monthly reporting deliverables, and often requires additional deep dives into certain KPIs where executives may have additional questions or need further insights. You will play a critical role in delivering world-class GTM reporting to the entire sales team. In this strategic role, you will make an impact on Axios through responsibilities such as leading forecasting, partnering with Client leaders to drive go-to-market strategies, collaborating with Revenue leaders to develop territory assignments, and creating reporting tools for a growing sales function. Monitor sales metrics, manage relationships, and implement CRM optimizations.
