Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead process improvement initiatives and change management efforts to enhance operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and implement strategic improvements.
- Monitor and analyze effectiveness of new processes and ensure sustained adoption.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5-7 years in change management, operations support, and process improvement.
- Experience in CRO/pharmaceutical drug development preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance.
- Understanding of change management models such as ADKAR.
