Job Description

The Senior Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of the human resources function within the organization, encompassing both corporate and site operations. This position is responsible for ensuring that HR strategies, processes, and policies align with the organization's overarching goals and objectives. A key focus will be on talent acquisition and management, labor and employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. The role involves providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, as well as developing and implementing HR strategies that support the organization’s business objectives. This position also requires overseeing performance management programs, succession planning, process reviews, and learning and development initiatives. Experience in both Canadian and US employment contexts is highly preferred for this role.
