About the Role:
- Leads the team responsible for enrolling new and returning tax offices into the proprietary client platform.
- Accountable for team performance, enrollment quality, service delivery, risk management, and the customer onboarding experience.
What You Will Do:
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performing enrollment team to support peak tax-season volumes and year-round needs.
- Own enrollment quality and control performance, sampling work to ensure accuracy and resolve process gaps.
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Sales to resolve complex cases and strengthen enrollment controls.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of experience in enrollment, onboarding, or financial services operations.
- Proven leadership of operational teams with focus on talent development and performance accountability.
- Experience owning quality assurance, operational controls, and risk-based decisions in a regulated environment.
