• Serve as functional lead for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, specializing in Core HR, translating client requirements into configurations.
• Manage client relationships, lead design workshops, and mentor project team members to ensure successful delivery.

• Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise accounts running Oracle Fusion, supporting complex, high-impact customers.
