Part of your day-to-day:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor and thought leader in leveraging Mimica
  • Ensure issue resolution and provide product support

  • Proven background in customer success, value engineering, or management consulting
  • Hands-on experience in process improvement methodologies or tools
  • Strong analytical skills – comfortable working with large data sets in Excel
