Executive Assistant & E-commerce Marketing Ops (Shopify)

We’re looking for a proactive, experienced right hand to the Founder—someone who keeps projects moving, turns scattered ideas into organized plans, and supports day-to-day e-commerce/marketing operations. You’ll help us track what’s working, keep Shopify fresh, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is not a heavy inbox/phones/travel role; it’s an operations + light-marketing hybrid with strong copy chops and a get-it-done mindset. Operations & Founder Support includes ideas library, prioritize, and follow through and reporting so the team always knows what’s going on and Prep meetings (clear agendas, objectives), attend when helpful, and share crisp action summaries. E-commerce & Marketing Ops includes Shopify upkeep, Copywriting (draft playful, on-brand copy for product pages, promos, and light campaign assets), and support recurring marketing tasks. Gather signals from Trello/Slack and centralize into one clear “what needs Dorian now” view.
