Job Description

The Senior Technical Consultant (UI/UX) is responsible for guiding clients through the design and implementation of ServiceNow user experiences, with a particular focus on UI Builder, configurable workspaces, portals, and mobile applications. This role is central to delivering modern, intuitive, and scalable UI/UX solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

We expect the successful candidate to act as an expert in UI Builder, with the ability to customize out-of-the-box experiences and create new workspaces and portals from scratch.

Key responsibilities include project delivery, overseeing technical delivery, leading the implementation of UI Builder solutions, performing hands-on implementation with the ServiceNow platform, defining and architecting technical solutions, mentoring colleagues, and serving as an escalation point for complex technical and design challenges.
