Program Manager - Washington US Operations

Program Implementation:

• Lead all aspects of program implementation, including planning and resource allocation.
• Manage operating budgets and financial performance metrics.
• Oversee data management, reporting, and performance tracking.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage and support producers, stakeholders, and government agencies.
• Develop staffing plans, recruit talent, and mentor team members.
• Design and deploy education and communications campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in program management or related field.
• Strong budget management, strategic planning, and analytical skills.
