Program Implementation:
- Lead all aspects of program implementation, including planning and resource allocation.
- Manage operating budgets and financial performance metrics.
- Oversee data management, reporting, and performance tracking.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage and support producers, stakeholders, and government agencies.
- Develop staffing plans, recruit talent, and mentor team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in program management or related field.
