People Operating System:
- Design and run the operating system of the Midi Health People team.
- Build and maintain the infrastructure that creates accountability across the People team.
- Own people policies, handbooks, and operational documentation, keeping them current and accessible.
Workforce Planning & People Analytics:
- Own Midi's workforce planning process: building the data infrastructure and forward-looking org design capability.
- Build and maintain people analytics capabilities.
- Translate people data into actionable insights for the VP, People and senior leadership.
HR Technology & Systems:
- Own HR systems and tools, including HRIS, benefits administration, and the broader HR tech stack.
- Drive process optimization across the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure data integrity and governance across all people systems and processes.
