Job Description
Architecture & Design: Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, define the platform’s technical architecture roadmap, and lead platform governance best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units, provide architectural guidance, and present platform strategy to leadership.
Platform Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform, evaluate new capabilities, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Innovation & Strategy: Contribute to platform innovation, support the development of reusable solutions, and participate in vendor evaluations.
