Position Overview:
- Tenna is searching for a Vice President of Product to partner with the Executive Team and define the product strategy for a B2B SaaS, mobile, and hardware-enabled platform.
- This is a hands-on, outcomes-oriented leadership role that translates strategy into actionable plans and drives execution.
Responsibilities:
- Translate long-term product strategy into clear roadmaps, priorities, and executable plans for cross-functional teams.
- Build strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Establish and monitor meaningful product metrics, communicate progress, and cultivate a customer-focused product culture.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years in product management with success in launching and scaling B2B technology products.
- 2+ years in senior leadership roles, with experience leading multiple product teams across regions.
- Strong technical fluency to collaborate with engineering teams on SaaS, multi-tenant systems, and connected software ecosystems.
