The Account Executive II plays a critical role in driving strategic growth by leading the planning, development, and execution of sales initiatives with both prospective clients and existing customers. Focused on delivering unexpected value at every touchpoint, this role champions our commitment to client success through consultative engagement. By partnering with Customer Success and cross-functional teams, the Account Executive II identifies opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, ensuring customers receive best-in-class solutions that align with their evolving talent and workforce needs. The role involves strategic sales execution, meeting sales targets, owning the full sales cycle, forecasting, and client engagement and sales culture fit. Responsibilities also include using sales enablement and CRM tools, especially Salesforce and SalesLoft.
