Technical Lead, WMS

The Technical Lead, WMS is responsible for managing a team of developers and administrators. This role makes critical technical decisions on the architecture and future of our WMS platform, including enhancing the platform to improve productivity and quality in our distribution center operations. The Technical Lead will act as the technical lead and future-state driver of the WMS, identifying opportunities to adopt new capabilities, tools, and automation that improve efficiency and reliability. They will improve software development practices within the WMS team, using AI tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing to streamline delivery and increase code quality. They will also lead and mentor a team of WMS developers and administrators, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture, and plan and deliver WMS projects, owning technical design decisions and driving forward the product roadmap, while collaborating closely with Operations and other business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with day-to-day and future operational needs.
