Organizational Development and UMD SME

Overview:

• Support Space Systems Command (SSC) acquisition reform initiatives focused on accelerating capability delivery and improving organizational effectiveness.
• Assess Government acquisition organizations, policies, processes, and workforce requirements to identify barriers and recommend improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise Government leadership on organizational design, manpower policy, force structure, and workforce alignment.
• Develop, review, validate, and maintain Unit Manning Documents (UMDs) to reflect approved manpower authorizations.
• Analyze workforce composition and recommend the appropriate mix of military, civilian, and contractor personnel.

Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility.
• 10+ years of DoD experience in manpower, personnel, force management, organizational development, or force structure.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or related field.
