Role Overview:
- Work with engineers and growth team to deploy software for Government customers.
- Synthesize disconnected streams to understand user problems and product needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Go onsite to meet end users and understand their critical questions and pain points.
- Identify relevant features through deep engagement with customer workflows.
- Embed with Engineering and Product teams to incorporate field insights.
Qualifications:
- Former operators deeply respected by their communities.
- Deep understanding of our customers and strong relationships across US Government.
- Active U.S. security clearance required.
