About the Role:
- Lead technical recruiting across EMEA and own the regional hiring strategy.
- Coach and develop a team of recruiters to drive high performance.
- Partner with leaders to align hiring plans with business priorities.
What You'll Do:
- Use recruiting data to improve funnel performance and forecast hiring risks.
- Collaborate with People teams to deliver a consistent candidate experience.
- Simplify and automate recruiting processes for scalability.
What We Look For:
- 10+ years in full-cycle technical recruiting and 5+ years leading teams.
- Deep EMEA talent market knowledge, especially UK, Poland, and Spain.
- Strong executive presence and analytical skills.
