Senior Recruiter - R&D Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic intake meetings with hiring managers, providing market data and recommendations.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidate profiles and build robust pipelines for future hiring needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings with demonstrated successes.
• Workday and ATS experience, along with knowledge of R&D Pharmaceutical environment.
