Key Responsibilities:
- Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and provide relevant market data.
- Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements, deliver strong candidate slates, and build talent pipelines.
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma and recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.
- Knowledge of HR principles and proven experience in full-cycle recruiting for exempt and professional-level positions.
