You will be responsible for recruiting high caliber professionals to join Crowe.
You will work directly with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Success is measured by your ability to identify, attract, and assess applicants.

Responsibilities:

Own full-cycle recruiting for complex and hard-to-fill technical roles.
Consult and strategize with hiring leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies.
Create a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.
3+ years of technical recruiting or relevant HR experience.
Strong multitasking and time management skills.
