Job Description

Strategic Leadership: Act as a strategic advisor to Sales leadership and executive stakeholders. Coordinate sales pipeline management, forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes. Lead annual sales planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze the sales funnel to standardize KPIs, track historical metrics, and improve conversion rates. Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making. Monitor and maintain process quality, accuracy, and consistency across the sales organization.

System Optimization: Own and optimize CRM and sales technology stack, including system improvements, automation, integrations, and data governance. Partner with Marketing on lead flow, attribution, and ROI. Identify process bottlenecks and areas for improvement to optimize sales performance.
