Job Summary and Responsibilities:

  • Accurate and Comprehensive Requirements Elicitation and Documentation.
  • Responsible for taking on-call on a regular basis.
  • Follows appropriate change control process at all times.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation:

  • Proven ability to elicit, analyze, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements from diverse business stakeholders.
  • Experience analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions.
  • Ability to understand and document data requirements, reporting needs, and KPIs for various business units.
