Job Description

As a Senior Manager of Sales Operations, you will be the strategic architect behind our sales team's motivation and success, designing incentive programs that drive exceptional performance while ensuring profitable customer deals. This goes beyond program administration - you'll be the go-to expert for sales compensation strategy, diving deep into deal economics and pipeline analytics to uncover insights that shape how we motivate teams and structure offers.

Working at the intersection of Finance, Payroll, and Sales Leadership, you'll use data-driven analysis to balance seller motivation, compensation fairness, and customer profitability. You'll have the autonomy to innovate within incentive frameworks while seeing the direct impact of your strategic work on sales performance and business results.
