Job Description
As Symplicity's Client Manager (SCM) Team member, you will advance a trusted advisor relationship while driving towards successful delivery and implementation of any new services. Responsibilities include identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, developing client case studies, and leading efforts to turn around at-risk clients. You will encourage customer feedback through webinars and feedback sessions and assist with billing issues. You will also actively support the implementation of new Symplicity systems and work with clients to establish goals, ensuring their experience and success with Symplicity Systems is maximized through individualized support, training, and process improvement.
