Job Description

This hybrid function role will manage both the recruiting function, and act as the employee-facing people operations point of contact for the business, overseeing a remote workforce across Canada and the USA. This role will provide day-to-day administrative support on behalf of the People Ops team to all employees and contractors, as well as managing a conservative hiring plan. This role requires comfort operating in the weeds, supporting the administration and execution of People Operations and Talent Acquisition, with a keen interest in developing strategic thinking.

The role also supports the administration of Company compensation systems, proactively develops strong stakeholder relationships, supports building content for training and development, manages end-to-end talent acquisition, ensures diversity, equity, and inclusion in the processes, and continuously improves onboarding and training processes. The tech stack includes Rippling, HRIS, Notion, Slack, Google Suite.
