As Talent Acquisition Lead you will lead and mentor a team of Senior Talent Acquisition partners – offering strategic direction, hands-on support, and the space they need to grow and deliver real impact. Partner with our Head of People to shape and own scalable, thoughtful hiring strategies that support the company’s growth, Take the lead on building and running a company-wide hiring strategy - future-focused, proactive, and aligned with business goals. Use data to drive decisions – setting the right metrics, tracking what matters, and helping the team turn insights into action. Own and optimize our Greenhouse setup  -  workflows, automation, reporting, and everything in between. Act as a trusted advisor to founders, partners, and hiring managers – consulting on everything from role scoping to long-term hiring plans.
