Job Description
As a Sr. Technical Consultant, you'll manage and execute implementations & projects for customers. This involves performing detailed discovery with customers around their CRM usage and translating that to Outreach integration functionality. You'll act as a subject matter expert on Outreach technologies and partner with Program & Project Managers, Professional Services Consultants, Trainers, and customer stakeholders to successfully drive projects to completion. The role requires distilling information from various sources to inform complex configuration setup, exploring relevant client processes to build successful integrations and collaborating with client technical experts to establish a thorough configuration testing plan.
