Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide vision and coordinate cross-department advocacy strategy to advance transgender equality.
  • Serve as A4TE’s key external contact to LGBTQ+ movement partners for advocacy coordination.
  • Develop a strategic ballot strategy to address anti-trans ballot measures in 2026–2028.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years leadership experience with demonstrated management and coaching skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of lobbying at state or federal level and legal compliance.
  • Deep understanding of transgender justice and intersectional oppression.
