Job Description

As the Spectra Client Manager, you'll serve as the subject matter expert to assigned clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, ongoing support, and long-term satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of client needs, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable solutions. Responsibilities include delivering engaging and insightful training sessions that demonstrate how Spectra can solve real-world client business challenges, serving as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, translating complex data into actionable insights, contributing to and maintaining a library of best practices, use cases, and training materials to support scalable learning. Also lead Spectra Subject Matter Expert (SME) internal certification training, helping upskill NielsenIQ associates and elevate organizational expertise.
