Senior Director, Product Operations

As the Senior Director, Product Operations, you will create processes, roadmaps, schedules, charts, and visualizations to help the team collaborate and stay aligned. You will drive improvements & collaboration, and results through operational excellence. Your responsibilities include program management of strategic initiatives, standardizing communications, and streamlining the product launch plan. You will drive, coordinate, and streamline product team processes, developing best practices, and leading the product development operating rhythm. Initiate internal initiatives to up-level the product operations organization’s processes and drive telemetry, feature usage/adoption metrics, and partner with leaders and product managers to make the right data easily available. You will strategically oversee all products in a business’s portfolio and ensure alignment with overall strategy while supporting the CPTO in executive product reviews. Coordinate vendor/tools evaluation for the product organization and provide visibility & consistent communication to all stakeholders. Partner with the leadership team to define, prepare and communicate organizational, staffing, and development plans. Minimum of 10+ years of operational execution experience required, along with strong leadership and communication skills.
